• Free standard shipping on orders over $45

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.
• Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days across the continental United States.
• In total, please allow approximately 4–7 business days from order date to delivery.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, promotions).
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders placed with a shipping address in these locations will not be processed through checkout.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. PETHROOM is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If your order has already begun processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the address; if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Undeliverable / Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but you're unable to locate it, please contact us at info@pethroomofficial.com within 5 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation date so we can investigate with the carrier. We are unable to issue refunds for packages confirmed delivered due to theft or loss after delivery, except in cases of confirmed carrier error. This policy does not affect any rights you may have to dispute a charge directly with your card issuer or payment provider.
