Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

How to Start a Return

Email info@pethroomofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Please request a return before sending anything back — items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. We may request photos or additional details to help us process your request accurately.

Return Condition

• Unopened/unused items: full refund

• Opened/used items: partial refund (per item condition), unless the issue was due to a defect or our error
  

• Items with a confirmed defect, damage, or shipping error are eligible for a full refund or exchange regardless of use, provided you notify us within the 30-day window

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind: customer is responsible for return shipping. If the returned amount brings your order below the $45 free-shipping threshold, the original $6.95 shipping fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.

• Defective, damaged, or wrong item: PETHROOM covers return shipping in full.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your refund request. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
